The Boeing 737 panels include the flight deck, cabin, and exterior panels. These panels are necessary to control, operate, and monitor the aircraft’s systems.
Flight Deck Panel Locations on the Boeing 737 –
- P1 & P3 Main Instrument Panel: Located in front of the Captain and First Officer, this panel houses the primary flight instruments, including the attitude indicator, airspeed indicator, and altimeter.
- P2 Center Instrument Panel: Positioned between the Captain and First Officer, this panel includes the Integrated Standby Flight Display (ISFD), landing gear lever, and other critical instruments.
- P5 Forward Overhead Panel: Located above the cockpit, this panel contains controls for flight control, fuel, electrical systems, and ground power.
- P5 Aft Overhead Panel: Also above the cockpit, this panel includes controls for the emergency lighting, oxygen systems, and landing gear indicators.
